BONUS POINTS

How do I earn points?
Earning points is easy. Just register as a customer (so we know who to credit the Points to) and go shopping!

Every dollar you spend on merchandise (not taxes or shipping) earns you a Point. And they accumulate until you spend them!

How many points can I earn?
The sky is the limit here! There is no maximum number of points you can earn, they just keep building up until you spend them - it doesn't get easier than that!

How do I redeem my points?
When you finish your order and start the Check Out proceedure, you will see a Bonus Points payment option in the same area as you would enter your payment choice. Just enter the number of points you wish to apply to your order and press Continue. Redeem as few or as many as you wish on your order - but remember, Points cannot be used against shipping or tax totals.

What value do my points have?
20 Bonus Points equal one dollar ($1.00); so, for every $20 you spend, you will recieve $1.00 off of towards a furture purchase. That makes $5 for each $100 you spend.

Sometimes we will run special promotions for specific items or categories of items, which result in even more savings for you!

Please note that Bonus Points earned for your Current Order will not be available until after your order has been processed and shipped. Points earned cannot be applied to the order they were earned for but instead, apply to any afterwards!

Why don't I don't see my points on the order I just placed?
Bonus Points cannot be applied to the orders upon which they are earned. This allows us to verify the order and reward the Points to completed orders only. They will, however, be available to you next time you log in!

What if I don't see my question answered here?
If we have not managed to answer your question, please feel free to contact us through our Contact Form with your question. We will get back to you with an answer! If your question will benefit others, we will probably add it to this FAQ as well! Thank you for asking!


WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?

A pre-order item is an item we don't currently carry in house, but would like to stock for our customers.

When we offer a Pre-Order item, you will see a category called PRE-ORDER under Browse. If we are not currently offering one, the category will be hidden.

1. How do I know what the minimum is and how close are you to meeting it?

The minimum required to meet each pre-order is posted as each pre-sale is announced.

Minimums could be listed as a minimum number of items OR as a minimum dollar amount. If there is a deadline for the order, it will also be clearly posted. No further orders will be taken once a deadline has passed.

The Ivy Keep will post frequent updates regarding how close we are to meeting our goal and when customers can possibly expect their orders to be placed. This posting will occur on The Ivy Keep Community Forum and a link will be placed in the item description for easy reference. You must be a registered member of the forum to view the updates. Registration is free.

2. What happens if a pre-order gets canceled by either the Ivy Keep or the supplier?

If a pre-order does not generate enough interest and is cancelled, all money will be reimbursed to customers within 7 days of the cancellation notice. Customers may choose between store credit towards another purchase or a full refund. If the refund option is chosen, it will be granted in the same format the customer originally used to pay for thier Pre-Sale items: PayPal orders will be reimbursed through PayPal, money orders will receive a money order back and so on.

3. What happens if I want to cancel my order?

Cancellations cause delays for everyone involved, thus must be given by email within seven days of the order being placed. All canceled orders are subject to a 10% administration fee and refunds, in this case, will only be given in the form of store credit. Any bonus points earned will also be deducted. If there are not enough bonus points in the customer's account to cover this deduction, the equivalent dollar value of the bonus points will be taken from the refund.

4. Do I get bonus points and when can I use them?

Yes you do get bonus points. They are credited to your account when we receive your payment and you can use them right away. Refer to the Bonus Points FAQ for more details on Bonus Points.

5. How do I participate in a Pre-Order?

To participate in a pre-order, just watch for the Pre-Order Category to appear on the site or join The Ivy Keep Community Forum for Pre-Sale Announcements.
