1. Log In Issues:
Q. I can't stay logged in!
A. First, empty your cookies and your cache in your browser. Close the browser and then restart it. Then come back and view the site.
Q. I can log in alright, but then, when I click on a category or item I am booted out!
A. Hmmm... here is a fix that works for me when this happens. First, make sure you are logged out. Then go to RECOVER PASSWORD under the Customer Care/Help section (in the bottom left hand column of the page). Put your email address for the account in question and ask it to send you your log in info. Follow the instructions that come with the email you will get (it will only take a few moments). The cart will give you a new password by email to that address. Log in using the new information. You can then go to your PROFILE and change your password back (make certain to hit APPLY/SUBMIT at the bottom of the page) and you should be good to go.
2. Items Disappearing from my cart:
Q. I had added a few items to my cart yesterday, but when I checked out today they were gone! or I was going through check out with some items and they disappeared before I could pay for them
A. Unfortunately, we do not have a Permanent Cart where you can place items in your cart indefinitely and check out anytime in the future. All our items are inventoried and when they are paid for the inventory level drops by the number purchased. If someone else purchased the last item while you were still shopping, it would result in that item disappearing from your cart. We are sorry for any inconvenience and try to post inventory levels on all products so you can gauge how long you want to wait before purchasing.

Q. How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
A. There are unsub links at the bottom of each of our outgoing emails that allow you to Unsubscribe from that list. Please use these for each email list you are subscribed to.

If this does not work, contact us through the Contact page and request to be removed from all email lists. Please note that by doing this you may not be able to subscribe to any of our lists with that email again - unless you contact us again to re-subscribe in this same way.
Please note, your email subscriptions are no longer linked to your profile or account with our store. They are maintained individually. If you need your email changed, please contact us.
