Are you a secret Pal? A secret Santa? A Secret Admirer? The Ivy Keep supports Secret Gifting! It's so much fun to be part of a Secret Swap and The Ivy Keep is keen to help you surprise your secret pal. We will facilitate the delivery of the secret gift of your choice making every effort to keep your secrets. Our lips are sealed! How Does It Work? 1. Put the items in your shopping cart using the normal Ivy Keep simple point and click method. When your cart contains all the items you wish to send to your secret friend, type "I've got a secret" in the COMMENTS box (this step is very important because it lets us know to conceal your identity from the recipient and to not enclose any invoicing or shipping paperwork with the order) 2. When you check out, there will be a box to put in your name and address. In the SHIP TO field, you will type your secret pal's name and address. We will include a note letting the recipient know that the gift is from their secret pal at no extra charge. Your name and other information will not appear anywhere in the parcel and they will be surprised and delighted to receive a gift of everyday luxuries from the Ivy Keep! But I don't know what my secret pal wants! Fear not. You can always give one of the Ivy Keep's lovely gift certificates to be redeemed later for items of the recipient's choosing. How Do I Do That? Select 'gift certificate' from our menu and fill in the form. 1. If you wish to send it by email, then type in "Your Secret Buddy from _____" as your name and; 2. Use secretpals@ivykeep.com as the email address so you can remain anonymous. 3. You may want to fill in the forum/message board that your secret swap is registered with so the recipient can keep track of which swaps have been received in cases of multiple swaps. We will email them a little note informing them of their good fortune and inviting them to come shop at the Ivy Keep immediately after we process your payment. They will never know who sent them this wonderful surprise, unless of course you 'fess up. You also have the option of sending the gift certificate to them via regular mail. Put their name and address in the 'ship to' field and make sure you've put "I've Got a Secret" in the COMMENTS field of your order just as if it were a merchandise order (see above). No matter wether you choose merchandise or gift certificates, you can be assured that your secret is safe with us and your secret friend will be treated to an indulgent online shopping experience.
