The Ivy Keep is a small company dedicated to bringing you quality products at reasonable prices. In order to keep prices down, we keep overhead to a minimum and order most stock on demand. We are sure the quality of our products will balance out any inconvenience any added wait will cause. [top] PAYMENT We currently accept: Credit Cards by PayPal only. Canadian or International Money Orders. Cheques drawn on a Canadian Bank. Cheques and Money Orders are to be made out and mailed to: The Ivy Keep 58 Richmond Ave, St. Catharines, ON, L2R 3W7 Canada Please note: All orders paid by personal cheque will be held for up to ten business days or until cleared before orders are processed. Payment is to be remitted in Canadian funds only. There is a $30.00 NSF fee on all "bounced" cheques. [top] SHIPPING & CUSTOMS The Ivy Keep uses Canada Post for all our shipping needs. Please note that all Estimated Delivery Times are added to the processing time (or TAT) of your order as specified in the sidebar to your right. Exceptions to TAT: Special Order Items Payment by Cheque or Money Order In any instance when your order might be delayed, we will make every effort to contact you. Please ensure you fill out your contact information correctly when registering. To track your traceable parcels, please visit www.canadapost.ca Custom and/or import duties and taxes are the sole responsibilty of the purchaser. If they are applicable to your order, they will be charged once your parcel arrives in your country. Rules regarding the import of goods varies from country to country and it is to your benefit to be aware of them. Contact your local Customs office for further information. All returns require an authorization #. [top] RETURNS In order to return undamaged merchandise for a refund or exchange, the merchandise must be shipped to The Ivy Keep within seven (7) days of obtaining a Return Authourization #, with a copy of the original sales receipt. Merchandise must arrive in original condition. Store Credit will be granted for the original sales price minus a 15% restocking charge once your return is processed. We are sorry, but no returns will be authourized for the following items: - Oils or herbs - Loose leaf tea. - Soaps Shipping Charges are Non-refundable.
